We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to focus on growing our QSE brand. This role requires a strong background in SaaS sales, ideally within the cybersecurity or data protection industries. Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Engagement: Identify, qualify, and convert high-potential leads through proactive outreach, inbound inquiries, and leveraging professional networks.
  • Client-Centric Solutions: Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique data security challenges and tailoring solutions to their needs.
  • Sales Presentations and Demos: Deliver compelling virtual and in-person presentations, showcasing QSE’s quantum-proof security solutions and effectively communicating their value proposition.
  • Pipeline and CRM Management: Track and manage leads and opportunities in the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining an organized sales pipeline to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
  • Market Feedback and Collaboration: Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to relay client insights, inform product improvements, and align sales efforts with campaigns.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay informed on cybersecurity and quantum security trends, competitor offerings, and emerging threats to continually refine sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of demonstrated success in SaaS sales, with a preference for experience in cybersecurity, encryption, or data protection industries.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in a client-friendly manner.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SaaS platforms; knowledge of cybersecurity or encryption technologies is a strong asset.
  • Results-Driven: Track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, set priorities, and drive results in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to collaborate in-house when required and adjust to evolving client needs or market demands.
